We will arrange for an exchange of the item at no additional cost to you. In cases where the exact item is unavailable, we will offer a similar product of equal value or provide store credit.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will promptly correct the mistake by exchanging the item for the correct one or offering store credit.
